Prof. Gail S. Goodman is Distinguished Professor of Psychology and director of the Center for Public Policy Research at the University of California Davis. She is well-known for her pioneering modern research of eyewitness accounts from children's memories and also the application of child victims in court settings. Professor Goodman is an prolific writer and has been awarded numerous awards and grants. She has provided consulting on research and policy to many agencies and departments from all over the world. She is an expert consultant to the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) of the Sacramento County Child Protective Services.
